Dewey McKinley is a co-owner of Le Balise and founder of Creative Hair Solutions in Cridersville Ohio. A Managing Cosmetologist for 32+ years and highly educated in many facets of the industry. He has had the opportunity of working behind the scenes for platform artists at Hair Shows and training under very talented professionals. Because of his dedication to the industry and his clients, Le Balise Spa was born!

Jessica Padgett is a co-owner of Le Balise Spa and owner and founder of Itty Bitty Bows! A National Educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems and Paul Mitchell Ohio specializing in "The Style System".

Joshua McKinley is co-owner of Le Balise Spa, and the business manager of Le Balise. A National Educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems and Paul Mitchell Ohio specializing in "The Style System".

Kathy McKinley is a co-owner of Le Balise Spa. She is  the founder of Le Balise (formally Creative Hair Solutions-in Cridersville Ohio). She has been doing hair for over 32 years and awesome at it! She knows curly hair and problem hair and excellent at Color Correction!

Franklin Perry is one of our seasoned Massage Therapists. He performs our Relaxation Massages to relax and rejuvenate our clients.
